Joining Facility Ally as Head of Growth

I'm joining Facility Ally as Head of Growth, working alongside my work at Inside the Lines Advisory. I'll be leading outreach and partnership development across the racquet sports industry, tennis, pickleball, and padel.

That's my lane, but Facility Ally's own footprint runs wider. The company works with facilities across the U.S. and Canada, sports operators, eatertainment venues, and clubs, combining hands-on consulting with services and software built by an operator, not engineers guessing at what venues need. Racquet sports is where I come in, inside a platform built for the broader facility and entertainment world.

Facility Ally was built by an operator, not a whiteboard. Luke Wade started an adult sports league in Kansas City in 2012 and built this company to solve his own operational problems as that league scaled.
