Mike Knowles has spent his career inside high-pressure situations — leading enterprise consumer brands and national racquet sports organizations through competitive pressure, structural change, and high-stakes growth. A former Division I Tennis All-American, he brings both competitive and executive experience to an industry he's been inside his entire career.
Most recently as CMO of the Racquet Sports Professionals Association, Mike led a 97-year-old institution through a full enterprise rebrand during direct competitive entry. Membership renewals ran approximately 25% ahead of the prior year, a signal that strategic clarity held when the pressure was highest. His background also includes driving +15% dollar growth on the most profitable product line in a major consumer brand portfolio without sacrificing margin.
